Well I have decided that I HAVE to get my butt in gear and loose weight. Today all I have eaten is crap (cookies, some of the apples I was putting in apple crisp, cereal, fries and chicken nuggets...etc) and I just feel blah..... I am sooooo tired today, just want to sleep, I am dehyrdrated cause I don't drink enough water like I should. I just need to do something. My DH calls me "chubs" and it's just not cute any more. In the past year I have gained almost 20 lbs


(my lowest being last January (136lbs) when I was working out everyday, and keeping my calorie count down to around 1500 a day any more that 1500-1800 cals and i gain.) I weighed in this morning and I was 152.0 :cry: Things are going to change!!
My goals to get this weight off and keep it off are:
Time frame: April 1st to loose 23.2lbs (130.0lbs) That is roughly 1.5 lbs a week, totally doable!
Water goal: at least 3 glasses of water a day (they are 16oz glasses)
Exercise Goal: at least 10 mins a day everyday (i need to work out everyday or I will quit! boo!)
I also want to try and cook more fresh meals, no more processed food. And eating out less, and eating more veggies and fruits. I need to set a good example for my kids!
Ok, off to drink some water and get some exericse in for tonight, then I going to bed early and going to get a good start for tomorrow, CHRISTMAS!!! Merry christmas!
